The Office of Personnel Services is responsible for the administrative procedures related to human resource management of all employees of the university. Matters concerning the amendment to the organizational structure, appointment and discharge of full-time and contract employment of faculty, recruitment of staff, promotion of professorship rank or work rank, pay grade of employees, evaluation of staff’s performance, award and penalty, management of the staff's attendance and leave, training and advanced study, remuneration, benefits, insurance, bereavement compensation, retirement, pension and maintenance of employee’s personal information.


Office Hours: AM 8:30 ~ PM 5:30, Monday through Friday
